Production Data Controller

JOB PURPOSE:
• To ensure accurate preparation of gas production data for daily agreement and other data related with monthly report. Prepare data report on all aspects of NCSP Terminal operations such as: production plot, availability, cross-plotted data, etc.
• Support Allocation Engineers in ensuring timely and proper allocation reports of gas and condensate volumes within the NCSP Pipeline system among Shippers, per the “rule” of the Allocation Agreement.

KEY ROLES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Main Accountabilities:
• Share works with Allocation Engineer and partly back up for her & Hydrocarbon Accountant under her maternity period
Work Tasks:
• Prepare Delivery Report and Monthly Component Mass Balance Report. Keep track MSI for gas, condensate and pipeline stock.
• Liaise with the Operation and Maintenance (Metering) team to ensure quality reporting.
• Prepare all reports about Gas Redelivery, CGR, Fuel, Flare and Environmental reports (CO2, water discharge, diesel usage…)
• Data management - Ensure all data (hard copy / electronic) are properly managed and available for reporting.
• Check the Shippers’ Delivery Report and ensure accuracy of the data inputted in the Production system.
• Manage condensate analysis results and daily allocation data in the system.
• Produce the Gas Flowrate Profiles for monthly Production report and do cross-checking for monthly Allocation report.
• Record, filing all shippers metering reports and Production reports.
• Provide production data to managers when requested

• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Business Object, Powerpoint.
• Good English language skills both oral and written (intermediate level).
• Good understanding/knowledge of data retention & analysis techniques
• Understanding and knowledge of measurement principles is preferable.
• Understanding and knowledge of Oil and Gas processing is preferable.
• High pressure work environment.
• Working on production & allocation data which are specifically technical and require absolute accuracy.
• Timely preparation of complete data required for invoicing.
• Good co-operation and communication within the Production Team and with Metering Engineer.
• College education in Finance & Accounting or technical
