Mô tả công việc
The jobholder will work at Washing Machine Factory in Hung Yen and be mainly responsible for controlling standard manpower with details as following:
• Analyse operation process and create yearly/monthly standard manpower.
• Calculate standard man-hour and indirect manpower for current production line and new products based on monthly PSI by using MOST method
• Closely co-operate with PD and Warehouse to review standard man-hour and reduce manpower.
• Make monthly report: manpower and overtime report to management; headcount forecast to Accounting and HR department
• Mainly in charge of Manage ISM (Information System Management) activities; ISM audit
• Perform other tasks assigned by PC Manager.

* REQUIREMENTS:
• College/ University graduated; major in Accounting or relevant fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Solid computer skills, including MS office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communicator – able to express ideas effectively in individual and in group context, both in Vietnamese and English languages
• Be punctual, hard-working and can work under pressure.
