Production Control - Merchandiser

- Working closely with factories and contractors to process new garment orders, check sample status, production status.
- Updating order status on website and internal system. (ERP systems)
- Responsible for inspecting sample quality, send report and arrange sample shipping.
- Calculating material consumption, garment price.
- Dealing with factories to solve unexpected problems during production and after ship.
- Always keep communication with team, store, logistic Dept., accountant Dept., QA Dept. for involved matters.
- Accessory- Purchaser
- Follow inventory & control.
- Order material.
- Follow Sup debit and credit.
- Follow up shipment & raise claim with Sup if any issue.
- Set up & managing work follow of whole purchasing activity
- Prepare monthly accomplishment report to be submitted to immediate manager
- Other duties as assigned

- Experience : Over 2 years (If have years experiences working in big or multinational Fashion/ Garment companies, it will be given the priority)
- Fluent in English
- College / Bachelor Degree.
- Good communication and team work.
- Proactive and solve the problem well.
- Working under high pressure
