Production Assistant (Plastic Bag Production)

What You Will Do
We are Quickpack Germany. We are producing Plastic Bags. Our Factory is located at Thuan Dao IP, Ben Luc, Long An. Pls. visit our website for more Information / www.quickpack.de.
Currently we are looking for a Production Assistant to support our Head of Operations.
Below are some of the tasks required
Administration:
-prepares daily reports and internal correspondence. Ensures the correctness, completeness and accuracy of the reports and ensures the reports are passed on to the respective process owners.
Productivity and Efficiency:
- Ensures the standard quantity per shift is achieved
- Ensures that the products match the high quality standards
- Monitors the Production output throughout the Day
- Monitors the output of scrap and analyzes the data in order to reduce production scrap
- Monitors and analyzes the Machine downtimes and works closely with the Technical Dept. to reduce downtime to a minimum
Planning:
- Prepares personell work schedule in order to meet production requirements such as decrease downtime, improve yield and achieve delivery commitments
Control and Empowerment
- Responsible for conducting regular meetings with production personnel
- Provides regular updates to management regarding vital informations coming from the Line
- Monitors production supplies and other administrative supplies
- Informs Head of Operations and Shift Leaders regarding any process problems
Documentation
- responsible for safekeeping of confidential company documents and files
- ensures that procedures, guidelines, forms and other records are updated and properly filed

What You Are Good At
Technical or Vocational Course Graduate
Minimum of 3 Years as Production Supervisor or Assistant with knowledge in basic film blowing and bag making process
Very good analytical Skills
Good interpersonal Skills
Proficient in oral and written communication
Good skills on MS Office, mainly Excel
Can work under pressure with little supervision
QC/QA Knowledge in Plastic Industry is a advantage
