- Making the target and plan for the production (Injection machine, Insert Process).
- Optimize human resources, production processes
- Analyzing and proposing solutions to production and market issues
- Training / coaching production line leaders and staff on production line management.
- Proposing and improving Kaizen in the factory
- Detailed job will be exchanged at the interview
The successful candidate will work at the factory at Thang Long II Industrial park, My Hao Dist., Hung Yen Province.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At lease 02 years experience as Assistant Manager in production side
- Graduated from university in technical, mechanical field
- Experience in Japanese Company
- Have knowledge of production process design, line balancing, QC, 5S, Kaizen, ..
- Must be fluent in English (Speaking, writing, reading and listening) or Japanese (at least from N3)
- Age from 30 to 40 years old
- Honest, enthusiasm and high responsibility.
- Graduated from university in technical, mechanical field
- Experience in Japanese Company
- Have knowledge of production process design, line balancing, QC, 5S, Kaizen, ..
