Production Assistant Manager (01 Person)

Take responsibility for all operations of 02 sections in Production Dept: Plastic Molding Injection Section and Assembly line:
- Make & follow production plan, ensure production target as: productivity, quality of products, production time.
- Manage and control machines; manpower; materials, sub-material; quality of dept
- Give measures to improve quality and increase productivity, reduce the rate of NG products
- Make production report, manage and supervise 5S, Kaizen
- Other tasks assigned by Production Manager & General Director

Requirements:
- Graduated from college/university with major of technical, mechanical
- Have experience at the same position in manufacturing company (specialize in Plastic Injection fields); Be able to maintain and repairing molds
- Must be efficiency in Japanese especially in speaking skills, at least from N3
- Good management skills.
- Good problem-solving skill
- Good MS Office skill
