Product Trainer

• Deliver Product training and development activities, programs and projects as assigned by the country project manager
• Work collaboratively with solutions team to assist with the design and delivery of client training programs and activities
• Assist in trialling and developing new methods, technologies, solutions and frameworks.
• Provide client specific inputs, functional, technical and operational information to assist in the development of training activities where required
• Take responsibility for the achievement of outcomes as they relate to assignments and agreed activities
• Assist in the preparation and review of training materials and tools
• Assist in the translation of materials and/or review of translations
• Provide all evaluations, reports, feedback and any other required documentation timeously to the training co-ordinator and project manager.
• Work collaboratively with the Training Coordinator to develop schedules and calendars to ensure that their training delivery times are maximized and customer related costs are minimized.
• Where required participate in regular client WIP (work in progress) reviews with the relevant team members to offer feedback on specific issues and progress.
• Participate in regular Cross Functional WIP (work in progress) reviews with other team members to offer feedback on client specific issues and progress.

• Experience in coaching and training delivery
• Good English skills – reading and writing
• Willing to travel regularly to deliver coaching and training at dealers in Vietnam
• University Degree (equivalent relevant work experience may be considered)
• Be able to build rapport quickly
• Have experience in developing, training, and implementing systems and procedures
• Multi-media capable presenter, able to deliver face to face and remotely
• Have experience in working with discipline and clearly defined standards
• Use the computer effectively, including:
o Competency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and
o Total comfort in the use of the Internet and Internet-based systems
• Expected experience: 5 years as a Trainer, at least 3 years as Technical Support or Product Specialist.
• Available to join less than 30 days
