RESEARCH & ANALYSIS:
- Liaise with Product Principals to gain full understanding of product range. Attend all necessary training.
- Research and analyze market conditions.
- Identify and develop all Key Opinion Leader, Key Decision Makers and Key Accounts.
- Identify key competitor and consumer trends.
- Articulate market requirements and opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for new and existing products, innovations and product enhancements.
- Analyze and collate sales and marketing data.
- Proactively identify environmental changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
PRODUCT TRAINING:
- Develop strategic plans to cover sales team, samples, demonstration and the utilization of all other resources.
- Oversee the creation of yearly business, marketing and budgetary plans.
- Prepare for market access, product launch plans and event campaigns to generate awareness and demand.
- Organize and oversee symposia, workshops, round table and speaker meetings. Plan for and attend national and overseas conferences including customer support programs.
- Conduct product presentations.
- Develop marketing materials; Review and adapt clinical information for promotional purposes.
- Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range, new product introductions, marketing campaigns and company performance.
- Closely liaison with the sales team to assess the response to and suitability of current promotional material and to ensure these materials are being used optimally.
- Supply sales with latest research and marketing information
- Implement marketing plan in conjunction with all departments
- Drive ongoing improvement in sales and profitability
CUSTOMER & PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
- Maintain regular contact with the Principal supplier to secure relations, develop trust and understanding, to share experience, negotiate support and resource allocation.
- Regularly give and receive updates from the Principal supplier of the sales campaign progress and developments.
- Attend Principal’s meetings where necessary and appropriate.
- Independently and co-operatively participate in the sales process to achieve shared team and company sales target through regular customer calls.
- Provide ongoing training.
- Manage product-related support, feedback and inquiries from users.
- Monitor product inventory.
- Use market feedback to inform product refinements and ongoing development.
- Support the sales team with the necessary clinical and technical expertise to enable them to promote the product line.
- Advise the sales force and senior managers of new developments regarding the supplier companies or competitor products.
- Advise the field force and senior managers of relevant new developments in the Vietnamese Health Sector.
- Build strong relationships with key customers (KOLs), provide clinical data, technical and educational support, monitor current trends and environmental factors, discuss needs and provide solutions.
- Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in regards to regulatory affairs.
BUDGETARY AND STOCK CONTROL:
- Oversee and control marketing and sales expenditure within agreed budgets.
- Control the use of demonstration models and ensure regular disposal of in line with company guidelines.
- Control stock levels within agreed limits.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor Degree or above
- At least 3-year experience in Product Management (in healthcare industry: consumables, equiptments...)
- Good in business planning, market assessment, product strategy, planning and management;
- Ability to work under pressure independently and in a team;
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
