Product Specialist

Product management:
• Study the product & route information to Sales team.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain team & Marketing communication member for getting a smooth sales & marketing operation.
• Able to plan & execute an event of Product launching; Seminar; Exhibition; Presentation, etc.
• Market analysis by collecting market information; competitors’ information to report and propose relevant action to tackle with.
• Demand forecast & stock control to achieve Divisions’ KPIs and to adapt for sales operation.
• Website maintenance for the info/products of relevant categories
IN ORDER TO corporate with Sales team to achieve the sales target.

Price management:
• Working with the regional HQs to get support in price and/or product is very important scope
• Price proposal to keep the Profit as guideline
• Monitor the price trend in the market and propose the solution in considered of competitors’ movement.
• Initiate promotion campaign to push more sales (if needed) and penetrate the market.
IN ORDER TO ensure sales achievement, get market intelligence.

Demo machine & PRODUCT application management:
• Propose the demo machine in considered of events and sales support activities
• Conduct the product application training & support to sales team; distributors; end-users
• Maintain the good condition of demo machine for ready to use
IN ORDER TO ensure the product support to distributors & customers

Other tasks assigned by the management:
• Relating tasks advised by the management
• Collaborate with other members inside and outside Divisions for marketing activities.
IN ORDER TO ensure the smooth operation

• Education: Bachelor degree, AV/IT/Electronics/ Mechatronics related education would be an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in product specialist or product marketing.
• English: Advanced
• Specific skills: Technical or IT skill is much advantage.
Worked for multi-national company is preferable.
Good in communication & presentation skills
Creativity
Good analytical & negotiation skills
Technical background to be acquainted with products in charge

• Having knowledge of Digital Marketing is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, internet
• Other requirements: Proactive, willing to learn, logical thinking, flexible and honest.
B2B business experience is preferable.
Able to travel for business trip.
Keen; active; responsible & quick learning
