Product Specialist

Product Management
o Portfolio Management of the product group of SWA Instrument
o Forecast & inventory management and budget control.
o Marketing notification communication (internal & external)
o Regularly monitor sales performance through monthly report on responsible products and actively implement initiatives to close gaps
o Team work spirit, working attitude (teamwork, deadline discipline) & collaborate with other departments where’s necessary.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
o Development Marketing Plan
o Execute marketing activities i.e product campaigns, promotions, marketing events, POSM (brochure, standee, poster, selling aid…)
o Build up relationship with KDMs & KOLs especially in key accounts. Plan to develop KOLs
Supporting
o Sales FF i.e customer presentation, simulation, layout, Lab consultancy
o Sales training including objection handling, competitive advantage….
Prepare for new product launching
o Price & other internal process for launching
o Product registration
o Launch Plan

• At least 2 years’ experience in similar capacity; degree in Health, Science, Biotechnology, Biochemical
• Multi-national companies’ experience in a similar industry is a plus•
• Conversant in both English and Vietnamese (conversational & writing)
• Able to effectively use Microsoft programs to support daily work
• Able to work well in a team
• Own initiatives to solve problems
• Highly organized and efficient individual
• Good communicator
