Mô tả công việc
- Build and modify product to achieve maximum profitability
- Identify new pricing opportunities and work closely with Finance/Risk ensuring maximum profitability per product
- Tightly work with Sales and Marketing to deliver seamless proposition for customers
- Monitor marketplace to ensure product portfolio is well balanced and competitive
- Monitor and report on the performance of products against P&L goals, client and customer expectations, driving recommendations for continual improvement
- Share learning & provide advice / guidance on product areas
- Produce the business case (feasibility study) for product initiative for approval / prioritisation to show how it will be positioned, how it is expected to perform, its fit with business strategy, client and channel strategies.
- Maintain appropriate and up-to-date contingency plans to ensure continuity of operations as indicated by the business continuity planning framework

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Degree with Marketing Background/Finance/Business Administration
- Business analysis skills; ability to interpret / analyse data and apply this (good knowledge of Excel is a must have)
Presentation, negotiation and communication skills
- Good at presentation, negotiation, communication skills in Vietnamese and English both written and spoken
- At least 1 year experience in brand or product management in the foreign company with financial product development background is an advantage
- Commercial skills / P&L focus: understanding of profitability and pricing is an advantage
- Be responsible to complete assigned tasks on time without compromising quality of result is a must have
- Business analysis skills; ability to interpret / analyse data and apply this (good knowledge of Excel is a must have)
