Job Purpose:
One of PVA’s key strategic initiatives in the coming years is Product Pioneer. The key focuses are to strengthen our leading position in our Health and Wealth product solution to customers. In this context, the role of product is to provide compelling and attractive product solution to serve the strategy.

Job Responsibilities
1. Assist Product Management team to develop products and affiliated service to meet customers’ needs, sales force’s expectations and company’s targets.
2. Conduct market survey, competitive analysis, product gap analysis, and customer and sales survey group to understand customer’s needs
3. Prepare product papers and work with other relevant teams to support product submission to regional and regulator
4. Discuss with reinsurers/operations to get the best design and most reasonable premium rate if any
5. In charge of relevant training materials and product knowledge transfer to Distribution & Training
6. Support the development of product marketing materials, sales tools, GP/sales seminar slides.
7. Cooperate with Operation teams including Underwriting, Claim, Customer Service to ensure the delivery of designed customer experience for products and service
8. Cooperate with Branding and Campaign/Corporate Communications to promote new products/initiatives in a cost-effective manner
9. Conduct post-launch review and take corrective actions to ensure product scalability & sustainability after product launching
10. Coordinate with all sales channels for the product launches using multiple communication channels
11. Update to PSG regularly on product implementation results, key issues and solutions
12. Prepare for PSG monthly meeting with regular updates, key issues and solutions

Job Accountability
1. Drive the product Implementation team to deliver products/projects as planned.
2. Act as the key coordinator to launch the products with various stakeholders.
3. Closely follow up and take actions to ensure products/projects launched meet targeted KPI
4. Continuously review and enhance product solutions to be competitive and innovative in the market.
5. Echo customer voice to ensure that PVA’s product/product solutions meet customer needs and expectation.

Qualifications
• Having Bachelor’s degree, Holding MBA degree in related Business management field is a plus


Knowledge and skill
• At least 5 years Product and/or closely relevant fields of experience in Life Insurance industry with over 1 years in management position.
• Result driven, open to agile thinking and approach.
• Good Project Management Skill, Presentation Skill, Writing Skill, Communication Skill

Competencies
• Ability to work with people at different levels and from various functions of business
• Creative thinking with strong analytical skills
• Ability to produce results under time restraints
