RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow-up on all sales opportunities within a timely manner;
- Manage sales leads, prospects and customer accounts in line with agreed business objectives;
- Provide sales support for existing channel partners;
- Support sales objectives by researching customers’ needs and providing solutions in a professional and effective manner;
- Develop new business relationship within defined industry as well as strengthening existing customer relationship;
- Represent and promote company product in a professional manner at tradeshows, conferences and seminars;
- Establish and maintain industry contacts that lead to sales;
- Manage and report sales bookings, potential sales, customer feedback, activity plan, and other reports as required;
- Regularly attend sales meetings and offer feedback and suggestions to improve product solutions;
- Provide answers to pre-sales technical and commercial queries;
- Perform product demonstration in a manner suited for customer’s requirements;
- Compiled market/industry data, intelligence reports and competitors’ information so as to assist in company’s strategy and product development;
- Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that impact target markets;
- Conduct recurring product training to channel partners and end users as required to support sales objectives;
- To follow up with orders and customer/distributor relationship in Vietnam;
- Any other duties as requested from time to time by supervisor and/or General Director;
Other Information:
• 5 working days/week (Mon to Fri, 9:00 - 17:30)
• Product training will be provided
• Submit CV in English language (requirement)

For this newly created position, the Applicants has to be self-motivated, mature, fast learner and able to work independently with the following qualifications:
- Recognized Degree in any science or engineering major;
- 2 to 3 years working experience in the Environmental, Process or Analytical Instrumentation is an advantage. Example gas/water analyzers, measuring instruments for environment, control systems, particle size analyzers, XRF and other laboratory instruments.
- However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
- To be able to travel within Vietnam frequently and sometimes within short notice;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English Language;
- Must have self-motivated with a positive attitude to provide good customer service, and with the ability to remain calm & rational under stressful condition;
- Good planning, time management, strong communication & interpersonal skills are required to support interaction amongst all parties. Teamwork is a must;
- Must be very proficient in the use of computer software tools such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
