Product Planning or Marketing Staff/ Senior Staff/ Supervisor

Work Location: Plot G2, Thang Long 2 Industrial Park, Lieu Xa, Yen My, Hung Yen
Job Level: Staff/ Senior Staff/ Supervisor - To be offered based on candidate’s qualification
Work at Product Planning or Marketing Department and be responsible for ONE between two following positions:

1. Product Planning Staff/ Supervisor
Perform Product Planning activities for Washing Machines for Asia Pacific region with details as below:

• Plan and carry out Market Research (GFK analysis, shop research) and Lifestyle research.
• Conduct analysis of research data or statistic data, benchmark models monthly and make hypothesis of product planning
• Propose new products and take initiatives to follow up “Product Planning Policy” or “Product Development Process” based on hypothesis and research result
• Operate merchandising meetings
• Cooperate and negotiate with related stakeholders such as R&D, Factory, Sales Companies etc.
• Take initiatives to lead product planning activities with PICs of other countries.
• Involve in preparing business plan and mid-term plan.

2. Marketing Staff/ Senior Staff
Carry out regional Product Marketing for Home Appliances products ( Refrigerator/ Washing Machine)
Liaising closely with factories and sales companies in Asia Pacific region.

• Sales summary and presentation creation support by using excel and power point.
• Administrative support including meeting setup, product arrangement and filling etc...
• Accommodation and transportation arrangement for guests from overseas.

• University Degree
• More than 3 years’ of relevant experiences relating to Product Planning, Product Marketing, Market Research, Advertising
• Fresh candidates having good English skill and Planning & Marketing mindset is acceptable.
• Candidates of technical background without related experience but have good sense of Marketing/ Product Planning are also considerable
• Excellent English communication; Japanese is a plus
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Be initiative, proactive, creative, dynamic; be punctual and careful.
• Good communication, planning and analysis skills
• Willing for domestic and overseas business travels.
