Product Planning & Sales

Nissan Vietnam Limited Company (NVL) is expanding business in 2019, so we are looking for those talent candidates for the following position:

1. Product Planning Manager

- Formulating new model strategies for long term business.
- Market analysis and positioning
- Regular reporting of market’s competitive activities to the management and to the sales organisation
- Responsible for detailed market information and presentations.
- Researching, tracking and updating the Directors on all political and economical issues in Vietnam, mainly related to car industry as well as changes in the competitive environment for vehicles in Vietnam
- To be involved in local sourcing, costings and pricing development.
- Keeping up-to-date knowledge on relevant Nissan products.
- To support technical information with all relevant departments in the company
- Other ad-hocs assignments and projects

2. Sales Manager

- Prepare training schedule
- Arrange time and facilities for training courses as required
- Coordinate with person in charge at dealers to arrange facilities, accommodation for training courses.
- Responsible for training materials (contents, resources and translation).
- Responsible for the training courses conducted in accordance with Nissan Sales and Service Way (NSSW), Sales – Dealer Operation Standards (S-DOS), National Sales Company – Competitive Advantage Map (N-CAM)
- Responsible for training paperwork: Training invitation, attendance and record, filing and follow-up.
- Conduct the dealer’s training courses assigned by Management
- Summary and report the result of training courses.
- Conduct train the trainer to all selected dealers’ personnel
- Other ad-hoc assignments and projects

- Must be technically competent, preferably with engineering degree
- Minimum 3 years active planning experience in the Automotive Industry, preferably from on leading motor vehicles Distributors
- Good analytical and Communication skills
- Ability to impact and influence managers, peers and employees
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook.
- Proven ability to plan and organize independently
- Drives continuous improvement
- Secures follow-up and results
- Efficient problem solving
- Fluent in English and report writing
- Good Computer skills (mandatory)
