Product Owner / Product Manager

• Working closely with BOD in all activities related to new fin-tech product development align with company’s strategies 
• Contribute to technology strategy and roadmaps for product lines
• Be internal expert of Products/Services 
• Elicit business and functional requirements from stakeholders
• Consult idea and write instructional documents for development team
• Visualize the GUI: create prototype, wireframes, mockups/screens, data and process models
• Ensure solutions are consistent with business objectives and strategy and company technology standards 
• Verifying product quality; Support UAT in testing;
• Responsible for collaborating with other departments to monitor Manage relationships and collaborating with other departments including Marketing, Sales, Technical team…
• Up-to-date product trends, competitor’s products…

EDUCATION:

• BA/MS degree preferably in Business Administration / Banking / Finance / IT with broad knowledge in technologies used in Banking / Financial / Fin-tech business is advantage

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 2 year experience in Product management / Product Owner
• Experience in full life-cycle of product development that includes idea generation, concept development, market assessment, product development, marketing and sales
• An understanding of Fin-tech, Banking, Financial or P2P lending is advantage

SKILLS:

• English communication and researching skill is an advantage
• Experience with visualize tools Balsamiq, Visio, Axure…
• Self-motivated, fast learner and be extremely flexible and adaptable 
• Problem solving skills
• Have a ‘get-it-done’ entrepreneurial attitude
