Mô tả công việc
The product owner and manager is responsible for the platforms developed by Starseed for his/her client. The product owner and manager will plan the future features, analyze the platform usage, suggest improvements and develop the internal & external communication to promote the platform. The platforms mentioned are a mobile application and a website for a supermarket chain, leader in Vietnam.
* The Product Manager is expected to:
• Liaise with the Account Manager and other stake holders to understand the ongoing strategy of the client
• Audit the existing platform and understand user’s behavior to suggest improvements in terms of features, content, and user experience.
• Develop a mid and long-term plan for the platform including tracking, analytics, content, features, user experience.
• Work with internal social and content teams to develop the on-platform and external communication plan to give more visibility and develop platform retention
• Work with the technical teams to establish the development timeline, and ensure all technical processes are correctly documented
• Develop or improve processes to ensure the platform’s current and future features are efficient for users and for internal teams
• Produce weekly and monthly reports to the Account Manager and other stakeholders

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum 2 years working on website and/or mobile app management
• Minimum 2 years working in digital marketing from client’s and/or agency’s side
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders including technical and design teams
• Experienced in elaborating marketing strategies and execution plans
• At ease with numbers, able to analyze performance, generate reports including insights and recommendations
• Organized, rigorous and able to execute on time
• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• Able to handle stressful situations and deadline pressure well.
