Mô tả công việc
Joining with us, you will work in international environment and participate in a lot of fun activities. You will be a light star that we are looking at Product Owner position.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Provide vision and road-map of product to the development team
• Explain to the development team about product's market & users
• Manage Product Backlog (create & list requirements)
• Prioritize requirements based on their values and maximize those values
• Make the plan for release and each time-box (iteration)
• Perform user acceptance testing
• Encourage the development team to improve development productivity and quality
• Work closely with the development team in the same location
• Communicate with Japanese business stake-holders through Skype/Slack
** Good Working location: 23th Floor, Vietin Bank Building, 36 Tran Quoc Toan St., Hai Chau Dist., Da Nang City **

You will be outstanding if you have:
Passion for smartphone product is a must.
MUST
• Enthusiasm for delivering joyful user experiences
• Focus on big picture of product
• Think on user view (not on developer view)
• Outstanding communication/coordination/negotiation skill
• Fluent English
• Eager to learn Japanese language and culture
• Person with only experience as developer and project manager is not qualified
PLUS
• Fluent Japanese
• Marketing knowledge
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum
• Experience as Product Owner/Product Manager
• Experience as Developer
