Mô tả công việc
1. Coordinate with other departments and execute tasks related to the scope of business deployment activities
- Active participation on the definition of TO-BE business process, propose options and alternatives
- Evaluate options/solution by collecting data related to processes, assumptions and Cost Benefits Analysis
- Provide support for teams in preparation of training materials and training strategy
- Responsible for end-user support by answering questions, concerns or any other forms of supporting material
- Be responsible for the paperwork and approval process
- Help to execute the roll-out and cut-over plan of the projects
2. Support for ownership of the Sales Mobile App as a Product Owner:
- Coordinate and understand business prioritization
- Vision of upcoming versions of the product (Sales Mobile App)
- Work with statistics and data related to operations of the Sales App – identify new enhancements and features
- Be a daily member of the Sales Mobile App delivery team

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelors degree in a business-related field
- At least 2 years of working experience in Banking, Consumer Finance or Insurance industry.
- Experience in project management, business analysis, product management and ownership fields.
- Experience with Fintech, Digital or Mobile App product is a plus
- Fluent English skill is a must
- General level of management skills including Business Planning, project/initiative management, analytical skills.
- Experience from participation in some system implementation project
- Working experience with IT or Agile Team is a plus
- At least 2 years of working experience in Banking, Consumer Finance or Insurance industry.
