• Provide education and technical support for Neurosurgery and ENT sales team/distributors for assigned product lines
• Work with all stakeholders to develop marketing plan and product launch plans
• Be an integral part of the Marketing team to develop Strategic Marketing Plans, Market Development Plans, New Product Launches, Marketing Communications, Promotion and Pricing Strategies
A day in the life
• Provide education and technical support for Neurosurgery and ENT sales team/distributors for assigned product lines
o To develop in-depth knowledge in Neurosurgery and ENT products
o Be a product consultant for the sales team and distributors as needed
o Provide in-service support if needed
• Work with all stakeholders to develop marketing plans and product launch plans
o Organize and conduct product training to Neurosurgery and ENT sales team, distributors, and healthcare professional as required to ensure all parties are educated to an appropriate level once product launch
o Prepare sales/marketing materials, clinical papers to ensure field staffs have appropriate tools to use in the field
o Collect and analyze market information and derive a plan to respond to market situation and competitor’s activities
o Liaise with Regulatory Affair (ASEAN and SBU) for product registration
o Be an integral part of the Marketing team to develop Strategic Marketing Plans, Market Development Plans, New Product Launches, Marketing Communications, Promotion and Pricing Strategies.
o Provide specific inputs on Market size; Competitive product offerings, activity, tactics, pricing and market shares.
o Maintain close liaison with the appropriate Medtronic Business Unit personnel to ensure an up-to-date understanding and knowledge of existing and proposed products

Nice to have
• At least 3- 4 years of experience in a sales or marketing preferably within the medical device or pharmaceutical sales industry
• Proven evidence of Medtronic Leadership Traits:

Engage - Collaborates and creates alignment; attracts, deploys, and develops talent; fosters diversity and inclusion

Must Have
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and 3-5 years’ experience in Neurosurgery sales product management.
Working Environment/ Conditions
• Some out of standard working hours and travelling is required.
• Willing to travel 30%-50% of the time.
• Attend operating theatre cases for learning and KOL engagement purposes.
