Product Marketing Specialist - Beauty Brand Artistry (Contractor)

1 year outsourcing contract

Artistry Brand & Product Management Support (Make up & Skin care): Manage assigned projects effectively in order to deliver good performance of brand plan
• Execute and follow up to deliver marketing plans/brand plan on time, smoothly & effectively
• Build brand plans aligned with brand strategy including brand promotion, BSM,…
• Work closely with trainers to control the training content and workshop in order to promote the brand knowledge to distributors & consumers effectively
• Cooperate with local & global planning team to make sure marketing activities which impact to sales performance are well updated to planning team in due time
• Ensure Global/Regional standards are well met.
• To collect and update competitive information
• To communicate with related department regarding the product/brand activities
• To monitor , analyze, & evaluate product performance & Distributors/ Consumers’ feedbacks
• To coordinate with advertising & media agencies to prepare for advertising plan

Handle distributor/consumer inquiries and complaints quickly and efficiently

Admin & Logistic support:
• To handle admin jobs related to product SKU acquirement, product ordering, product launch, promotion, activation, events…
• To manage promotional stock and keep track of the product//brand sales performance
• To liaise with purchasing team and vendors
• To coordinate with training team to translate and prepare for training events.

• Have experience in FMCG or related industries.
• Thorough knowledge and experiences in Marketing Management /Product, Brand Management
• Well organized, result oriented and able to work independently under high pressure
• Positive attitude
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good work & time management
• Good communication skill
• Have a good knowledge of marketing techniques
• Good command of spoken & written English and Vietnamese
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related ones
• 1 yr experience in product/ brand management
