Mô tả công việc

1. Job Purpose:
The incumbent of this job is responsible for the development of customer insights, management and execution of marketing campaigns for new product launch or existing product sale support to the delivery of our strategic goals of the departmental and company objectives.

2. Major Accountabilities:
* Strategy:
• Build the annual marketing strategies and plan for promoting products based on input from Product/Sale teams
• Involve proactively in new product development process to ensure proper product propositions and unique selling points
• Review propositions of existing products and portfolios to ensure consistency in delivering the brand purpose
• Propose innovative ideas and initiatives based on researches, analysis and observation for product mix, features or sale/marketing approach

* Implementation:
• Work closely with Product Team to prepare marketing components for new product development such as research, launch plan, product materials, advertising material, sale tools
• Transfer technical features into benefits in client’s languages and ensure all product materials in compliance with brand guidelines
• Lead and own market plan for product launch or product campaigns in line with marketing strategies
• Work closely with other MKT teams to ensure flawless execution of product marketing campaigns.
• Manage and coordinate with internal and external resources to deliver the plan
• Report or share the reports with recommendations to project team members before and after campaigns

* Review:
• Establish and take accountability for on-going review of assigned digital projects performance and reporting back to the HCE and other appropriate team members.
• Provide on-going move or trend on product and be able to use insights to develop new initiatives and strategies for growing sale
• Keep regular reports and analysis of competitors’ product marketing activities and propose solutions

* Others:
• Apply best practice and governance process, and anticipate, manage and mitigate project risks and use of resources accordingly

3. Performance Indicators (if necessary)

• Business target
• Budget: manage spending within the approved budget of Product Marketing Team

* Customer metrics:
• Client index
• NPS
• Brand awareness
• Brand health and perception
• Number of product marketing campaigns delivered timely and properly
• Number of product materials delivered timely

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
* Technical Knowledge:
• Experience in new product development in insurance/finance industry (MKT side)
• Experience in planning, executing product marketing campaigns
• Experience in developing product materials such as advertising, brochures in different platforms
• Good understanding of insurance products and market
• Experience in working with cross-functions
• Experience in using data for analysis and turn findings into actions
• Experience in working independently

• Involving in new product development process
• Planning and executing product marketing campaigns

2. Education and Experience:
* Education:
• Bachelor or higher Degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics

* Experience:
• Minimum of 6-year experience in product marketing, at least 1 year at manager level
• Have in-depth knowledge of life insurance industry or finance, banking
