Mô tả công việc
*** Position Purpose & Summary:
• Take lead in translate the company business strategy into product portfolio strategy, and specific NPSS pineline that deliver the business objective and Cargill competitiveness and superior value proposition vs competitors.
• Lead in develop and manange portfolio profitability and pricing strategy for each segment and products.
• Take Leads in working with commercial (to define customer segmentation, customers’ unmet needs) and technology application team to develop appropriate offering that enable winning proposition vs competitors.
• Take leads in managing overall NPSS development and launch to the market to meet expected timeline.
• Take leads in managing product portfolio optimization and rationalization.
• Take Leads in coordination with commercial team and technology team to develop appropriate product communication content that ensure comprehensive understand, motivation and selling proposition that will be communicated to internal stakeholders (staffs, sales, technical service) and external stakeholders (dealers and farmers). Deployment of the lauch and communication campaign will be handled by Marketing Deployment & training manager.
• Tale lead in working with appropriate COEs and Marketing deployment team to ensure full understanding of product strategy and product knowledge across organization from ternal staffs, sales, technical services to external customers.
• Establishes a formal innovation pipeline that includes projects from Global SMT that have local application and also identifies local projects that may have global application.
• Regularly conduct competitor tracking on pricing & promotion movement and proposed appropriate counter pricing strategy
*** Principal Accountabilities:
* Lead development product portfolio strategy and pricing:

• Take leads in managing product portfolio optimization, rationalization and product life cycle.
• Regularly conduct competitor tracking on pricing & promotion movement and proposed appropriate counter pricing strategy
• Support SMT lead to shares knowledge broadly to the industry which enhances CAN’s position with customers as an industry thought leader.
* Lead development and launch new products & services (NPSS):
• Take Leads in working with commercial (to define customer segmentation, customers’ unmet needs) and technology application team to develop appropriate offering (products, services, technical advice) that enable winning proposition vs competitors.
• Take leads in managing overall NPSS development and launch to the market to meet expected timeline.
• Take lead in developing packaging design for specific new product launch.
• Take lead in developing packaging and coding architechture that ensure consistency and refection of portfolio strategy across product ranges.
• Take Leads in coordination with commercial team and technology team to develop appropriate product communication content that ensure comprehensive understand, motivation and selling proposition that will be communicated to internal stakeholders (staffs, sales, technical service) and external stakeholders (dealers and farmers). Deployment of the lauch and communication campaign will be handled by Marketing Deployment & training manager.

• Clearly define products and solutions positioning together the TAMs. Make clear all attributes that support the benefits and value propostion.
* Driving and tracking performance:
• Working with Market insight and planning manager to develop appropriate performance tracking for the strategic product, segment and portfolio in both volume and pricing.
• From performance tracking, to propose the right action to ensure adherent to strategy and maximize the performance.
• Creates objective metrics to ensure the innovation pipeline projects are creating value according to strategic marketing plans and helping the business achieving its strategy
• Conduct regular market and customer visit to gain market insight, customers’ needs, competitor movement to propose the appropriate and necessary action plan.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years professional experience in product marketing management. Direct experience in feed or argriculture industry is bonus point.
• Strong leadership skills, team building, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Must have sense of prioritization, urgency and entrepreneurial proven track records
• Proven ability to effectively collaborate, influence and lead change
• Execution track records
• Fluent in English communication (written and spoken)
