Mô tả công việc
- Making Online Marketing Strategy and Execution to achieve KPI goal with Managements
- Make budget allocation plan under given marketing budget and monitor and reallocate if necessary with Managements
- Leading all the strategy and execution of SEM(In house), SEO, Social(Facebook, G+, etc), Email Marketing, Affiliate, Alliance
- Making organization plan and recruiting if necessary
- Setting appropriate mission into staffs and evaluate them based on their performance (every quarter)
- Breaking down Strategy into detail tasks, allocating those tasks into junior level staffs and supporting them.
- Support & team work with marketing team to fulfill marketing goals
- Reporting all the performance to Marketing Head
- Other marketing jobs assigned by Marketing Head
- Defines promotion strategies for the region for the local markets, ensuring corporate guidelines are maintained
- Supports any product launch initiatives from the sales and innovation areas.
- Leads and coordinates corporate events to engage clients and supports any company events that by ensuring the use of the brand and promotion of our product are in line with corporate standards

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in marketing, communications or business preferred
- Understanding of key business metrics to drive eCommerce / Mobile Payment/Banking business
- Prefer 6+ years of experience in operation of SEM (In-House), SEO and Social Marketing, CRM marketing at online service like E-commerce
- 2+ years' supervisory or management experience.
- Basic to intermediate desktop publishing skills using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator preferred.
- Familiar with the use of social media in promoting a B2B company preferred.
- Experienced in the use of Google Analytics or similar web analytics platform
- Numbers driven
- Team handling
- Management representation
- ROI oriented mind
- Have expert knowledge about Vietnamese Internet services and market.
- Good knowledge and hands on experience in Marketing communication mediums across online channels
- Have been involved in leading large scale programs related to online and offline businesses
- Strong analytical skills with experience in social and digital analytics including but not limited to site traffic, conversation, spend, and click-through rate.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing digital campaigns.
