Mô tả công việc
1/ General job scope: Participating in developing category strategy in line with the international brand positioning and being fully responsible for building the category/brand in Viet Nam market.
2/ Main responsibilities:
• Initiation and execution of category marketing plan in line with total brand strategy
• Implementing new launches, maintain growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue - Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/ 360/ Digital/ Retail) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences;
• Understanding insights of both external partners & consumers; and market connection for strategic marketing activities plan
• Adapting the communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale) - Mobilise and collaborate with other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc.) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy; meet the deadlines;
• Managing strategic category portfolio across channels in line with consumer’s needs and brand business strategy
• Managing business drivers efficiency of the category
• Developing and managing media plans effectiveness and efficiency, especially facebook channel
• Creation and execution a great product animation/ activation to build brand equity and drive sales results
• Manage retail excellence: keep good interrelationship in working with merchandising, education and sales team. Key partnership with other members of cross functions to drive business and marketing objectives
• Manage digital excellence.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least 2 years in relevant position. Prefer experience in beauty/fashion, B2B related industry
• Strong background in product management and digital marketing
• Strong analysis skill, good presentation and communication skills
• Driving attitude and demonstrates entrepreneurship
• Age preferred: 25+
• Travel requirement: domestic and international trips when business requires
• Vietnamese citizen
