Product Manager (UX/UI)

Reporting directly to CEO, you will be responsible for:

Support the ideation, technical development and launch of innovative product (VeXeRe.com, mobile web and mobile apps)

Tracks the overall market and competitive dynamics

Own the product vision, manages the long-term product roadmap and strategies

Evaluating the product positioning, product branding, product pricing

Define performance metrics to measure the success of products

Build product roadmap, backlog and gather requirements from product managers and business teams

Creates mockups and works with UX on design.

Lead daily meetings including standups, retrospectives, and demos with devs and testers

Answers questions from developers, clarifies requirements, etc

Manage developers to release new features on production on time

Manage testers to build test cases and ensure high-quality product (no critical and run-time bugs)

Make final decision to go live new features and be in charge of any product bugs with business team

Document the new features and release notes to train business teams to apply new features for customers successfully

2-4 years of work experience, preferably a combination of software development, entrepreneurship, and analytical positions

In which 1+ years in ecommerce start-up environment is a plus

Have a good perspective about product design: able to analyze why a feature is built.

Able to use mockup software (i.e. Balsamiq) to design UX/UI, layout and navigation flows.

Have a superb critical reasoning skill: able to strengthen or weaken arguments based on logics.

Able to explain complex problems in a few sentences.

Able to persuade others to follow your ideas.

Pay attention to details: able to pick out small discrepancies in layout design and propose solutions.
