Mô tả công việc
Member of MK Group Pre-Sales team, the Product Manager is in charge of representing Prim’X and promoting its offer across his territory, as well as prospecting, penetrating accounts already known to MK Group with the support of his sales teams, gathering and characterising prospective clients’ needs and expressions of interest, detecting and identifying business opportunities, providing initial feedback to technical sales enquiries, relying on the technical expertise of MK Group and applying it appropriately, monitoring installation projects, overseeing sales negotiations and making licence sales in collaboration with the sales teams of MK Group.
He operates under the direct responsibility of the Pre-sales manager of MK Group and reports to Pre-sales manager of MK Group and the Executive Management of Prim’X.
1. MAIN ACTIVITIES
• Identify targets and prospect across his territory
• Manage his portfolio of clients and prospective clients (private & public sector)
• Develop a business portfolio and sell solutions tailored to his clients
• Present Prim’X’s Solutions to mid-level and high-level contacts
• Develop the sales sections of proposals and ensure relevance of the overall response
• Analyse and understand clients’ needs
• Participate in communication operations (trade fairs, sales initiatives, etc.)
• Provide support to clients/prospective clients and steer the sales cycle from lead generation to project signing
• Update and sustain the knowledge base of clients’/prospective clients’ companies and contacts
• Provide reports on his sales operations
• Coordinate with the support teams (sales and pre-sales) of MK Group
• Map his ecosystem and establish relations with technology and commercial partners in connection with his clients/prospective clients
2. CONTACTS & RELATIONSHIPS (internal/external)
Internally in MK Group:
• With the Managing Director who defines the Sales Strategy
• With the sales and pre-sales department for daily needs
Prim’X:
• With the Business International Management to report his actions and progress of projects
• With all internal Prim’X departments (sales, pre-sales, lab, support, etc.) for any arising needs
External:
• With clients and prospective clients in his territory
• Speaking at trade fairs and events
• With integrator and technology partners within the framework of commercial projects
3. NECESSARY SKILLS
• Develop the strategy to adopt to achieve his commercial objectives
• Detect and analyse new client needs
• Analyse invitations to tender/specifications and make the decision to respond
• Organise and carry out sales prospecting
• Draft commercial proposals/response to invitations to tender while respecting consultation procedures
• Conduct commercial negotiations and make sales

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Business/IT degree or equivalent
• Well-versed in sales of technological solutions to Key Accounts
• General knowledge of corporate IT infrastructure and security
• 5 years’ experience in IT/ cybersecurity/ technical presales/ solution sales
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Good/fluent in French would be an additional advantage
