Mô tả công việc
• Collaborating with management & cross-function to define strategic growth planning and execution by introducing the right products in the right segment and at the right price points as well as new segment & product launching of the assigned categories
• KPI: plan and execution on the net sales and profitability in the business cycle ( monthly, quarterly and annually)
• Market and product analysis to optimize product mix and profitability including Profit/Loss Statement for Product/Category Managed
• Define and maintain a competitive product range: tactical, operational, business opportunities - evaluation of new product offers, definition of the marketing needs of consumers
• Process ownership of new product launches including phase in and phase out including: Market Needs – Assessment, Introduction/Product Knowledge Cascade, Price Waterfall Analysis
• Validate and monitor pricing (Going Price, Net Sales, Transfer Price, Product Cost) to ensure continuous profitability
• Ensuring user manuals are correct for the local market
• Local adaptation of product catalogues
• Provide photos, specifications and other product data to customers for their promotional material
• Monitor competition
• Ensure product data accuracy is maintained within our systems
• Provide the regular reports timely

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Business related
• Integrated Marketing communications and promotions
• Product/Service knowledge
• Basic Finance knowledge
• Strong emotional and rational benefits in driving product success.
• Fluent Vietnamese – English in written and verbal
• Communication skill and Analytical thinking
