Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will be able to grow and leverage your skills onto developing Talent products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies.

- Determine customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
- Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
- Assesse market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
- Provide source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.
- Provide information for Talent Head by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses.
- Bring new products to market by analysing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with engineering and manufacturing.
- Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

‒ MS/BS degree in Computer Science, HR Management or Psychology equivalent preferred.
‒ A career focused on technical solutions with the last 5 years in product management
‒ Demonstrated experience and expertise with SaaS solutions.
‒ Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; proven ability to influence and work with all levels of an organization.
‒ Solid technical foundation, ability to learn and adapt quickly, and demonstrated ability to frame and drive business decisions.
‒ Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a “can do” attitude.
‒ Demonstrate understanding or how to successfully work in cross-functional organizations.
‒ Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
‒ Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
