***KEY RESPONSIBILITIES***
- Build and modify the product to achieve maximum profitability.
- Maintain product portfolio to ensure its competitiveness and profitability.
- Monitor marketplace to ensure product portfolio is well balanced and competitive.
- Identify and develop new opportunities for product development.
- Manage product pricing, identify new pricing opportunities and work closely with finance ensuring maximum profitability per product.
- Tightly work with sales and marketing to deliver a seamless proposition for customers.
- Produce the business case (feasibility study) for product initiative for approval/prioritisation to show how it will be positioned, how it is expected to perform, its fit with business strategy, client and channel strategies.
- Produce / input to project/development plan, specifying goals, project phases, timescales and resource implications in order to obtain sign off from key players
- Use structured project management to manage the development in detail, carrying out regular reviews, identifying and resolving problems in order to meet goals and milestones.
- Monitor, manage and report on the performance of products against P&L goals, client and customer expectations, driving recommendations for continual improvement.
- Share learning & provide advice/guidance on product areas.
- Maintain appropriate and up-to-date contingency plans to ensure continuity of operations as indicated by the business continuity planning framework.

***REQUIREMENTS***
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication skills in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
• At least 3 years experience in brand or product management in foreign companies; specialised in financial product development is an advantage.
• Up-to-date, broad-based understanding of the financial services market across products/ channels. Awareness of recent trends/ developments.
• Experience in managing product portfolios, tracking record of new product development to launch.
• Commercial skills / P&L focus: understanding of profitability and pricing.
• Business analysis skills; ability to interpret/analyse data and apply this.
• Presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Cooperation, negotiation, presentation and decision making skills.
