We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You need to have a good understanding of the competitive travel industry, and be able to assess the market needs to build a best in class, scalable platform that drives growth for accommodation providers and for Hotel Link.

--- Key Responsibilities ---

- Encourage a deep focus and understanding of the needs of our users, and develop and validate innovative solutions

- Plan and execute market, customer and technology research to drive insights resulting in product innovation.
- Work collaboratively with a team of developers, designers, testers and others to create products that delight our customers.
- Together with your team, define the core KPIs for each product, and lead the teams to deliver against those goals
.
- Ensure the right balance between pragmatism, quality and consumer/commercial value in product development.
- Communicate with multiple key stakeholders and other departments to keep them up to date and bought into your product development.
- Establish a shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.

--- Your Experience ---

- 3+ years of experience in product management.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in hospitality or travel.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communications skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English requisite. Vietnamese is a plus.
- A self-starter who demonstrates initiative and tenacity while working independently. Thrives on challenges and is not deterred by difficult situations. Works proactively rather than reactively. You challenge the status quo with the ability to articulate a path to get there.
