We are a next-generation marketing and payment mobile platform that connects leading brands with consumers through a simple-to-use, fully integrated and data-driven coalition loyalty program. Our solution enables consumers to earn and burn loyalty points conveniently. We are operating a nation-wide merchant network that reaches 30% of the Vietnamese consumers.
As a Product Manager, you will be creatively to define a vision for loyalty consumer products and be responsible for the roadmap and feature definition of your product.
What you will be responsible for:
• Define and align product roadmap with cross-functional team that maps to corporate’s strategy.
• Engage with customers to develop an in-depth understanding of their needs, problems and usage scenarios
• Work with development, testing and customer experience teams to design and deliver features in line with product roadmap
• Work with marketing and business development team to ensure successful launch of new products or new releases of existing solutions
• Utilize data insights, market and customer research to continually improve products

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least 1-3 years of experiences of Product Management
• Prior experience in software development, product design or customer experience strongly preferred
• Familiar with and/or have a passion for emerging consumers technologies and able to identify technologies that can be applied to solve specific customer problems
• Have empathy for a broad range of customers and able to translate customer needs into product requirements and specifications
• Excellent communication, presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam with a requirement for occasional travel.
