Product Manager - ERP

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead our ERP implementation and improve the financial data reliability. While TIKI has been achieving exceptional growth in recent years, we also head towards sustainable growth and profitability in the long term. The ERP system plays a strategic role to process, record and track the financial efficiency of the whole group by connecting other operating systems to gain deep understanding of all operational aspects.

As a Product Manager for ERP team - focusing on Finance/Accounting field, you will be responsible for leading a young and energetic team and work closely with vendor to build a trusted source of financial data for the whole TIKI groups. This role will report to CTO and CFO and hold all the key financial information of the company.

Responsibilities:

- Own key details for the program module of Account Receivable, Account Payable, Budget Management and other financial aspects
- Design the ERP system and develop features to capture detailed information for operational analysis, especially on vendor liability, sales, inventory, and expense management
- Think strategically to determine scope, plan to execute efficiently. Continuously update the product roadmap, product vision and make decision on product backlog
- Have a strong sense of product ownership to decide what needs to be done and what is not
- Set up clear, measurable goals (OKRs) to track and measure progress
- Have a strong leadership to work closely with engineering, accounting, finance, operation, inventory, marketplace team to understand business flow and execute data integration
- Maintain the current operation by providing continuous technical support

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Economics/Business fields (Finance/Accounting/Audit) with a strong background in IT.
- 4+ years of full cycle product management, in which 1+ years of experience managing midsize ERP team in -consumer/retail company, OR
- At least 4+ years of Functional Consultant implementing ERP projects (FI/CO modules).
- Demonstrate successful implementation on any of the following modules: AR/AP, FI, CO in a large scale ERP project. Preferably high performance ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo or related systems.
- Deeply understanding of Finance/Accounting domain and has ability to advise on domain knowledge
- Demonstrate ability to succeed in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, to evolve strategy to adapt changes on business requirements or new integrations
- Experience in vendor management, manage scope, requirements and monitor progress.
- Demonstrate ability to define product roadmap, planning, and advise to C-level and management board on strategic decisions
- Data-driven decision making
- Good understanding of database structure, SQL skills is required
- Familiar with the data visualization or analytics tools (PowerBI, Redash…)
