Mô tả công việc
- Manage, develop & select new products & suppliers to meet the the trends & demands of the market.
- Prepare and develop a plan of Introduce New Product (INP) as well as Internal Product Information (IPI) and then present them to related teams (sales, warehouse and other departments).
- Develop and maintain the “Problem Fixing Procedure/Method” for assigned product group so that technician will base on this to repair & fix.
- Handle of claims against supplier(s) depending on the case.
- Provide technical supports to the teams where relevant and needed. Lead to communicate and solve the issues regarding product eg quality, claims..

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Graduation, major in engineering, electronic or relevant fields is a plus
- At least 5 years in a similar position.
- Good at drawings and AutoCAD
- Good communication skill (able to communicate & transfer technical information to non-technical personnel)
