Product Engineer

This position is mainly focusing on the problem-solving aspects of product-related issues. This person needs to work out failure analysis report and share proposal to customer for review.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Implement product engineering relative technologies
 Work with Design team in PFMEA (Potential failure mode & effects analysis) and manufacturing feasibility study
 Provide product knowledge to product engineers in manufacture site during NPI (New Product Introduction) and MR stage
 Be the contact person of technical relative fields among Jabil operation site, R&D and customer R&D
 Support NPI team in product development relative fields during NPI stage
 Support product engineers in manufacture site to implement failure analysis
 New technologies introduction

 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering majors.
 Have 4+ or year of experience in Product Design or Product Problem-solving
 Experienced working with customers/R&D team in Product Development, include both during NPI and MR stage
 Ability to write analysis report and answer questions from groups of managers, clients and customers
 Have good knowledge about GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
 Fluent in English. Knowing Mandarin is a plus
 Understand the fundamentals and principles of Product Engineering, familiar with topics on
