- Write and translate engaging, marketable copy for KKday’s travel products from English OR Chinese to Vietnamese
- Apply basic SEO techniques like keyword research and tracking through tools like Google Analytics
- Enhance user experience across KKday’s official platforms (website and mobile app) through compelling but concise copy
- Manage updates and revisions to product information
- Conduct thorough research, fact check product information, and edit content according to the KKday voice
- Coordinate with SEA Marketing teams to drive website traffic and boost sales
