Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for product portfolio development for all sales channels based on market research, patient insight analytics and Hoan My ‘s strategy
- Be in charge of revenue for each product lines together with Sales and Trade marketing
- Work closely with hospital’s stakeholder to implement the product service successfully in both medical service and operation in hospital and clinics
- Work closely with MI for patients insight and market information for product development.
- Work closely with sales for sales strategy and sales plan execution for each product in each channel. Together with sales & Trade marketing to develop launch plans for new products/ product packages/ services, promotional program and manage the implementation and execution of these plans
- Training about new products/ product packages/ services, basic medical knowledge for marketing team and related operating units
- Work with Creative Service for marketing materials, POSM, sales tools that support the selling process of new packages

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education: BA degree in Marketing, Business. MBA graduation as preferred
Experience: 5-6 years experiences in Marketing, 2-3 years experiences in Healthcare would be an advantage
