Mô tả công việc
1.Identify consumer needs, trends, market and product gaps via continuous market, consumer and competitive research. Review factories demand and resource availability in order to have good product planning and strategies.
2.Receive and liaise new development request with Sales/Customer
3. Costing/Pricing: source new/alternative material & propose alternative production mode/contractor to reduce production cost.
4. Manage & maintain accurate price on the system.
5. Proofing/Sampling: Work with production team for new/revised item. Monitor & update the progress to Sales/Region. Inspect & ensure good quality of sample before submission to customer/Region.
6. Manage first order quality with Quality Control and Production team.
7. Provide technical support to achieve global quality consistency.
8. Review customers demand and suppliers availability for any new product developments, target standard, take ownership for product quality.
9. Co-ordinate well with team colleagues, factories and monitor QAs to ensure sample’s quality, final goods meet customer’s standards and shipment lead-time.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. A degree (or equivalent qualification) or the equivalent combination of education and experience
2. Good in English for 4 skills.
3. Prefer to candidates who have good knowledge on textile, garment, Fabric..
4. Strong organizational skills to provide well documented products, thorough specifications, and meet deadlines
5. Strong management skills
