Product Development Executive

• Collect costing & sample request from Sales Department and partners

• Register and maintain product specification list for Finish Good, Raw Material, Consumable items

• Analysis Print Feasibility, choose right process for Production

• Prepare costing and ensure issue sharp, competitive cost to Sales

• Develop new products with in-house, local and overseas supplier. Ensure sample submission on time and right at first time according to the buyer requirement

• Visit outsource suppliers in order to handle the sampling process smoothly

• Ensure design smoothly process from Sample to Bulk production and resolve problem

• Control product quality

• To take care, evaluate and source new suppliers

• Knowledge/experience from the educational sectors would be an advantage: Printing (Offset/ digital printing or paper packaging industry is essential, experience on rotary printing, weaving, heat transfer product will be an added advantage), Garments, Logistics, etc.

• Good at Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop are preferred

• Mathematical attitude and strong problem-solving skills

• Good negotiation and communication skill

• Good command of English for four skills

• Good at organizing and teamwork skills

• Self-disciplinal with the ability to work under high pressure
