Mô tả công việc
• Manage, develop & select new products & suppliers to meet the the trends & demands of the market.
• Prepare and develop a plan of Introduce New Product (INP) as well as Internal Product Information (IPI) and then present them to related teams (sales, warehouse and other departments).
• Create product item codes and update on the system and on other related documents.
• Develop and maintain the “Problem Fixing Procedure/Method” for assigned product group so that technician will base on this to repair & fix.
• Provide technical supports to the teams where relevant and needed.
• Handle of claims against supplier(s) depending on the case.
• Lead to communicate and solve the issues regarding product eg quality, claims.
• Coordinate and work with SC & Sales to optimize the stock availability, stock turn, stock deviation, especially for non or/and slow moving items.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University graduation, major in Mechanical or relevant fields is a plus.
• Having at-least 2 year working experience in product engineering of home appliances, sanitary, furniture fitting, architecture hardware is a plus
• Good at technical knowledge
• Able to communicate & transfer technical information to non-technical personnel.
