- Effectively partner with upfront costing, quality, design & development teams to launch new or resourced products in Vietnam OEM plants;
- Involve in production pilot & trouble shooting to assure products produced are meeting standards;
- Identify value improvement and cost savings opportunities across brands and functions, and share best practices;
- Participate in plant audit and sourcing activities as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University or Technical College graduate with major in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or other relevant disciplines;
- A minimum of 5 years engineering or manufacturing solid experience, preferably 2 years in toy industry.
- Good coordinating, organizing, analytical skill and cost awareness.
- Good command of read & written English. Spoken English and Mandarin is a plus.
- Able to work and solve problem independently as well as with team
- Good PC knowledge and application software including AutoCAD, Pro-E etc.
- Frequent local travelling is required, and oversea occasionally.
- A minimum of 5 years engineering or manufacturing solid experience, preferably 2 years in toy industry.

- Saraly: 1000$-1500$ ,13th payment & additional incentive bonus
