1. General duties:
1.1 Variability Reduction Team - Product Development Co-Lead
• Role & Responsibility as Corporate Procedure in leading product design improvement and driving for vehicle quality metrics
1.2 Vehicle Function Group Lead
• Roles & Responsibility of specific function as Corporate Procedure in leading product design improvement and driving for vehicle quality metrics
1.3 Product Module Team Lead
• Lead activities during program launch for specific product module: Homologation, Localization and Lead design issues during launch per Corporate Procedure
1.4. Other Assignment
• Leading specific Programs, Projects per Business requirements
2. Compliance:
• Maintain & apply quality control system in working area including but not limited to TS16949, ISO14001, QOS, and Ford Production System.
• Comply with Internal policies, Code of Conduct, procedures of the Company issued from time to time.
• Complete all compliance training as required by Corporate Compliance Office

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Mechanical/Science Engineering: Bachelor degree
• Fluently English communication
• Good in problem solving tools (5D, 8D, 6-Sigma)
• Minimum 2 Years working in Engineering Field
