Overview
An exciting and challenging position exists for a product developer. We are looking for someone who is passionate about what they do and enjoys working with a small team to create meaningful and useful marketable products that make consumer’s lives easier and more fun. You must have minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering and product design for consumer products. Experience with successful patents is a large advantage for applicants.
This position is an opportunity to get international training, develop fun and innovative products, and has potential for travel to our global offices. We love what we do, and we want someone who shares our passion.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee incoming product ideas
• Plan for the next products execution
• Source of new potential manufacturers and material development
• Manage product development
• Build out new and innovative products with Marketing team
• Conducting and supervising research
• Create product safety
• Create prototypes or models
• Create manufacturing specs
• Update & follow the existing projects with Purchasing team
• Update, upgrade and create the standard of each product category which must be clarify before the first sample from supplier depart to laboratory
• Join to the Quality control process to evaluate the quality performance of suppliers if required

Mandatory Skills
• Ability to render and read drawings
• 3D Rendering Software
• CAD Software Design
• Project Management

Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years engineering experience
• Consumer product experience understanding of Quality Control
• Work experience in design of consumer goods
• Hands on proven creativity and problem solving skills
• Experience with integration of various materials
• Deep understanding of the manufacturing process
• Ability to manage multiple products and projects at once
• Experience with filing patents successfully is a big advantage
