Product Development Cordinator/ Executive

• Develop new products with in-house, local and overseas supplier. Closely follow up new developments with in-house production team/ out source supplier for on time sample submission with first time right
• Prepare and maintain local approved list of products for each product type, circulating among Sales & CS teams
• Prepare and maintain “sample status report”
• Prepare and maintain approved products sample library
• Liaisons with department head/ out source supplier for product details and technical specification support for developments
• Liaisons with logistic team, local or overseas suppliers for sourcing of material for sampling
• Submitting samples for approvals and follow up the approvals with respective parties
• Visit outsource suppliers in order to handle the sampling process smoothly
• Prepare price quote and advise price to Sales Department
• Communicate with IT Department to setting up new item for in-house printing
• Create, modify layout and upload layout in system
• Generation and maintaining product item codes list for approved products

• Good command of English
• Be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and other designing software, prefer to be familiar with iMac
• Technical knowledge on product processes specially on offset lithography printing or paper packaging industry is essential, experience on rotary printing, waving, heat transfer product will be an added advantage
• 1-2 year’s experience in product development in similar capacity
