Mô tả công việc
- Develop the course content, curriculum and syllabus, learning resources, program allocation scheme for international program (K12)
- Prepare the complete package of tests, exams, assignments
- Periodically conduct class observations & professional/ teaching assesment.
- Delivery the curriculum of program to teachers.
- Manage the quality of training & curriculum
- Build the system of class management
- Make a plan and conduct periodical workshops on academic topics for students.
- Create and develop contents for academic plan, events, or workshops based on requests.
- Be a substitute teacher if requires
- Participate in weekly and monthly professional meetings to address issues that arise and update work progress

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in English/ Pedagogy major
- MBA (study abroad) in English/ Education major is preferred
- Have teaching experience more than 3 years (preferably taught at international schools)
- Having knowledge of international program & project management at least 1 year
- Having teaching certificate (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA ...)
- Having IELTS ≥ 6.5 or CEFR ≥ C1
- Work with responsibility, cooperation and discipline
