Mô tả công việc
• Coordinates factories to develop/build shoes for review in HQs USA, from the stages of prototype, line-close, salesman samples; model fit sample and confirmation samples.
• Follow up and ensure all products are developed according to the design and specification requirements set out by HQs USA.
• Work closely with factories to develop the Timberland standard sample shoes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new technologies for Timberland shoes.
• Ensure good quality of sample shoes and meet the completion dates as required.
• Ensure the weekly report submitted in a timely manner.
• Be able to work with colleagues from multicultural background and remain close working relationship with colleagues from HQs in USA.
• Perform other duties required by supervisor.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• College diploma or degree from recognized educational entity focusing on shoemaking or engineering.
• 5+ years experience in footwear development.
• Experience in technical footwear process including production knowledge.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking, written, listening.
• Good computer utilization skills.
- Location: HCM and Binh Duong
- Candidate can relocate to the North VN in near future is a plus
- Prefer candidates who have experience in pattern, mold
• 5+ years experience in footwear development.
• Experience in technical footwear process including production knowledge.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking, written, listening.
