Mô tả công việc
- Provide product development services to customers based on the guidelines and information given by supervisor and customers
- Research and identify suitable product and market trends for customers
- Provide general support to the team
- Identify potential vendors and materials for product design and development
- Research and analyze fashion trend direction, and design of inhouse collection
- Responsible for sourcing and selecting of fabric, trims, and garment materials for sampling
- Deliver product presentations to designers and marketing material presentation
- Work closely with merchandising, customers and factories for product development
- Manage on time coordination of sample yardage, trims and sample room
- Search for potential mills, factories, printers, and washing mills that can support customers' brands in product development within the parameters of pricing, lead-time and quality defined by the brand
- Ability to liaise inter-departments for product deliverable - ex. samples, fabric, mood boards
- Provide inputs to factories on how to achieve the product standards
- Individually and as a member of project teams, generate and explore ideas for new products and product enhancements for FindLaw
- Formulate detailed project plans and collaborate closely with all stakeholders and participants to ensure project success
- Monitor performance of deliverable to ensure sound performance, user acceptance, and achievement of revenue targets (if applicable)
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Diploma or Above in related field
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
- Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
- Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
- Strong problem solving skills. Able to manage multiple tasks environment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Literate in Microsoft office programs
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
