* WORK LOCATION 33 Le Trung Nghia, Ward 12, Tan Binh District, HCMC, Vietnam
DIRECTLY REPORTING TO Regional Product Manager
* PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE
The Product Content Coordinator (PCC) will be divided according to the needs of Product & Contracting Department, the PCC will help develop, consolidate and otherwise organize a library of professional e-documentation to include hotel profiles, guide profiles, country & destination descriptions and other materials as determined by the Project Sponsor.
* RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Content Writing – Product & Marketing
• Responsible for Tourplan content including writing, researching and/or editing product descriptions, destination information, cruise information or other content and/or documentation as needed
• Develop, proofread and edit E-Booking Kit content
• Proofreading and editing of general brand documentation, as necessary
• Proofreading and editing training presentations and PowerPoints
• Write country introduction and trip summaries as needed
• Develop content for blog posts, social media posts, flyers, website content, and any additional content as needed
2. Additional Responsibilities
• Proofread materials before publication
• Develop content for marketing collaterals
• Regular reporting with Marketing Communications Manager
• Other tasks as assigned by Marketing Communications Manager and Product team.
3. Continuous Development
• Attend regular training courses / seminars to keep up to date with the travel and marketing industry

* QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE
• Tertiary studies in Trade or Business
• General Tourism knowledge
• Basic marketing knowledge in Travel industry/travel trade/Tour Plan
• Product knowledge/geographical of SE Asia and Vietnam
* EXPERIENCE
• Preferable experience working in the Tourism industry
* SKILLS
• Good written and spoken English
• Excellent MS Office
• Detail oriented
• Honest and self-motivated
* SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Flexibility to work overtime and travel as required
• Ability to work under pressure
• Long term commitment
