KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Drive new business by identifying new licensing opportunities and negotiating with potential partners
• Negotiate and draft deal memos for renewals, new deals and modifications and work with the Legal department on contract development, process organization and execution
• Lead quarterly operation/execution planning with commercial leads and trade marketing, strategically manage the day to day business for all license product categories in order to achieve commitment royalty fee and category development
• Carefully monitor marketing activities and media schedule provided by licensors to ensure right product launch timing
• Carefully monitor all marketing/advertising material & content from internal team to ensure the compliance follow licensor standard
• Coordinate, strategize and attend business reviews, line reviews and product development meetings with licensees
• Build and maintain relationships with other licensors; Schedule, conduct, drive and recap recurring business updates
• Responsible for analysing the business, staying apprised of competitive and marketplace trends to deliver winning product onto the marketplace
• Ensure that trading contracts with other licensees/suppliers are negotiated at rates that meet market demand and customer expectations in order to meet margin targets. Manage product price and promotion campaign during product life cycle
• Ensure that Sales, Trade Marketing and Merchandise teams are fully briefed on new products and fully aligned on all items/SKUs/design carried on for each specific distribution channels.
• Working closely with demand planning and sale teams for the accurate forecast/volume ordered.
• In Corporate with procurement team to ensure they proceed shipments on time.
• Prepare and conduct monthly sale performance review with Sale/Trade & merchandise teams to ensure enough MOH stock and propose promotion support if needed for slow moving items
• Hit all production deadlines in timely manner to ensure optimized speed to market
• Manage and maintain supplier relationships in order to drive cost reductions while continually achieving the highest level of quality material
• Cross-department collaboration and liaising with Legal, Creative, Marketing, Sponsorship, Social Impact, PR and Finance departments
• Oversee the product approval process requested from licensors for new licensees/ new suppliers/ new product development
• Other assigned tasks from managers

Education:
• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Production, Purchasing, Business Administration, Finance or other related field.
Experiences
• Previous 3+ years’ experience licensing management, both licensee & licensor sides
Others
• Understanding of the components of commodity business based on sales and gross margin profitability as well as manufacturing process and development
• Ability to take direction
• Creative, media and trend savvy
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Organizational and follow-through skills
• Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment
