Product Business Analyst

We are looking for a Product Business Analyst who is passionate for building great products. You’ll work with a highly energetic and supportive team which is being responsible for the most interesting projects of the company. Here are things that you will do, in short:
• Assist Product Manager with defining business cases and appraise new features.
• Analyzing the requirements and its impact on the rest of the solution if implemented.
• Eliciting requirements and translating the requirements into business specifications for the Engineering team.
• Documenting the requirement and its dependencies in a structured and logical manner.
• Follow up with development progress and conduct acceptance test before going to production environment.
• Provide efficient support and training to end users and monitor the feature delivery on production.

• Bachelor degree or similar qualification with IT background.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and having e-commerce knowledge is a big plus.
• Mastery of Business Analysis key techniques (process modelling, requirements capture, stakeholder interviews and workshops, user story definition, use cases and wireframing)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Accountable, “Can do and get things done” attitude, independent and resourceful.
• Ability to work on data analysis is a plus.
